Melissa Martz, MSN, FNP-BC (FKA Melissa Souza)
Melissa Martz, formerly known as Melissa Souza, has been involved in professional healthcare in Florida for more than two decades. Starting in 2003 as a medical assistant, she then progressed in 2010 to a Registered Nurse. Mrs. Martz worked in sub-acute care at Martin Memorial Hospital and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, as well outpatient in several private practices. She then achieved the level of Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Since then, she has worked in primary care as well as multiple specialties and has a well-rounded knowledge of treating health care needs. Now Mrs. Martz is happy to bring a personal touch to health care and wellness promotion. With a combination of compassion, experience and a thorough knowledge of cutting-edge treatment options, we are excited to offer you personalized, accessible care.

As a resident of the Treasure Coast for the past 40 years, I have a passion for helping my community. This comes from decades of watching a small town grow into a big city. Born in West Palm and raised in Port Saint Lucie, I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, dedicated to improving quality of life, one patient at a time. I love my pet chickens (and their eggs), my four miniature wiener dogs and growing orchids. I appreciate the patients the most, as I would not be here if patients and their family members did not entrust me with their medical care.
