Melissa Martz, MSN, FNP-BC (FKA Melissa Souza)
Melissa Martz, formerly known as Melissa Souza, has been involved in professional healthcare in Florida for more than two decades. Starting in 2003 as a medical assistant, she then progressed in 2010 to a Registered Nurse. Mrs. Martz worked in sub-acute care at Martin Memorial Hospital and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, as well outpatient in several private practices. She then achieved the level of Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Since then, she has worked in primary care as well as multiple specialties, from oncology to urgent care, resulting in a well-rounded knowledge of treating most health care needs and navigating the many potential hurdles. Now Mrs. Martz is happy to bring a personal touch to healthcare and wellness promotion. With a combination of compassion, experience and a thorough knowledge of cutting-edge treatment options, we are excited to offer you personalized, accessible care.

We are family run, owned and operated. I have been a resident of the Treasure Coast for the past 40 years; I have a passion for helping my community, which comes from decades of watching a small town grow into a big city. Born in West Palm Beach and raised in Port Saint Lucie, I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that is dedicated to improving quality of life, one patient at a time. I also love my pet chickens (and their eggs), my four miniature wiener dogs and my many orchids 'cause, ya know, you gotta have some fun too! My helpers include my niece Desiree, my son Christian, and several members of my extended family and friends. My team members make me proud and have always offered patients that extra something, not just great service but a great attitude as well! We appreciate our patients the most as we would not be here if patients and their family members did not trust us with their medical care. Thank you all!
